| Kyle: As President and Co-Owner of R&A, Kyle oversees the day-to-day operations of the company. He is responsible for the books, the service and the execution of the daily operations. But you’d never know Kyle had such a serious job by just meeting him on the street. His casual style, personality and easy-going demeanor make him a joy to be around. When he’s not managing the R&A Team, Kyle enjoys spending time with his family, golfing and watching sports of all kinds – on television and in the stadiums! | ![]() |
| Kevin: While Kyle is busy attending to the nuts-and-bolts of operations, Kevin is dreaming up the next big idea. As Vice-President and Co-Owner of R&A, Kevin oversees sales, new product development, new business development and industry relationships. Together, these brothers complement each other incredibly, making an unbeatable team – an interesting concept for two huge sports fans! Family and business are extremely important to Kevin, and mixing them comes naturally since he grew up in a family business environment. In his free time, Kevin also enjoys his puppy Lucy Lou, playing X-Box Kinect and re-living his soccer fame by showing off his college championship rings. | ![]() |
| Rick & Janine: Husband and wife team, and parents of Kyle and Kevin, Rick and Janine have more than 60 years of combined retail marketing experience. Since opening R&A Marketing in 1987, they’ve had the pleasure of watching it grow, flourish and take new shape throughout the years. Although they sold their ownership in 2010 to Kyle and Kevin, both are actively involved by serving on the Advisory Board. But don’t be fooled, Rick & Janine aren’t all work! They still make time for each other and the things they love. Spending time with family is at the top of their list, as is sailing to faraway places and volunteering at their church. | ![]() |
| David: A long-time business man and a consultant to the furniture industry, David is a valuable asset to R&A. Serving on the Advisory Board, he guides many R&A’s big-picture decisions on a regular basis. David was an R&A client from 1999 to 2005 and has been serving with the company ever since. David owns The Lively Merchant, an independent consulting business that helps business owners with operational, organizational and generational transfer issues. When David isn’t busy running his own company or guiding other people’s business decisions, he enjoys training for triathlons, spending time with family, working at the church or attending a sporting event for his teenage daughter. | ![]() |

| R&A relies heavily on its Account Executives to create strategic advertising and marketing plans for its agency clients. Account Executives work directly with clients to evaluate and qualify local medias (online and offline) that bring the biggest bang for the buck. Each Account Executive also keeps current with marketing and industry trends to move clients forward. | |
| Meet Carl, one of our Account Executives: Some might call Carl on “old pro,” but don’t let him hear you say that; he’s far too modest. Having been in the advertising business for more than 30 years, Carl “gets it.” He’ll be the first to tell you that the Mad Men series isn’t an accurate portrayal of the industry, as glamorous as it may be. Carl’s been with R&A since 2008 and when he’s not helping his clients make money, he’s sadly rooting for all of the Cleveland athletic teams to perform better. | ![]() |

| While the Account Executives lay the big picture foundation, the Account Specialists work directly with R&A Clients, using all the available tools to ensure success on an ongoing basis. They execute the strategic objectives as laid out by the client and Account Executive to ensure all media functions (online and offline) are working well and deliver measurable results. | |
| Meet Priscilla, our Senior Account Specialist: Priscilla loves her job – and is great at it too. As a child and young adult, she worked and lived on a farm in Central Ohio. After college she helped other farm families move their lives forward by developing and implementing strategic plans before joining R&A in 2010. An avid lover of Chipotle, she claims she only eats there once a week, yet other co-workers report her food is always ready as she walks in to the store. Hmmm? | ![]() |
