To sign up for the Roundtable all you have to do is:

1. Fill out the sign up form below.

2. Send in your $ 99 registration fee to R&A Marketing or bring it at the registration period before the Roundtable begins.

3. Lodging and accommodations are available at a reduced rate but are to be paid by the attendee.
