Return & Refund Policy:
All items purchased from R&A Marketing can be returned for 100% of their value based on a previous discussion between R&A Marketing and the retailer who purchased the items. Returns and refunds need to be approved through proper management channels at R&A Marketing.
Cancellation Policy:
Insertions or direct mail must be canceled at least 20 business days before the print date. All other items must be canceled five business days before due date to the client in order not to incur charges.
Delivery/Shipping Policy:
All delivery and shipping costs will be billed after product is delivered. Billing is based on actual shipping costs
